My hot older sister did this at her apartment building. Guy was taking up two spots, partially in hers, until she started doing the same to him when his car wasn't there. That pissed him off, but the best she did was going out to her car while tanning on her second-floor deck, wearing only a tiny, black bikini, just as he pulled into the spots.
