It's normal. My daughter did the same to me. Was getting out of the shower. Toweling off. Then was In front of the mirror shaving. She came in wanting my attention for something.Then felt a warm soft hand on my private part. Was going to tell at her to stop. Did not want to make a big deal of it. She stopped when she was done. She did it a couple more times. Asking a couple questions.
Then she stopped. Nothing was ever said.
