It is cool your Dad didn't FLIP like mine did, first time I saw him naked with wood in the AM. I didn't expect him to be walking around like that, he should have kept his door locked, or at least closed had he not wanted me to come in. But, this isn't about my psychosis, its about yours.
I never walked around naked in my house when my kids were little, unless of course, my door was at least closed, possibly locked. We had a policy, if the door was closed, kids had to knock. We did the same. However, we also didn't let teens sit in their room with the door closed! There had to be a good reason your door was closed, and, it only stayed that way for short periods.
I like to give respect, and demand it. And, I don't want to have to explain the birds and bees to a 4 year old! It is hard enough to explain everything else they are curious about!
I don't think I am a prude here...just, never ever would think something like this was "normal".
