Thats not weird..You cant tell if she is talking to you or to her headset. Common misconception. I usually do mouth "opps phone! sorry" and point to the phone as if i had one on me. This lets em know why you thought they were talking to you. SOunds like she was a little bit of a jerk if she was that close and tells you to butt of of her conversation.
