      Next time try walking over to her and say this :

      YOU : You know what would look good on you sweetcheeks?
      Girl: No, what?
      YOU : ME !

      You can substitute honeybuns for sweetcheeks if you want as well.

      Or just walk right up to her and say something like,

      "I promise I am not some kind of creepy, stalker weirdo"

      Women love it when you tell them this right off the bat, puts their minds right at ease.
