    No the criteria will only be overly exaggerated speech. So if someone is being racist, vulgar, cruel. So if you say "I will cut off your moms dick and shove it down your mouth". Even if that is a serious comment did you enjoy that? or things like "I want to hang all black people. Those fuckers need to drown in a lake". or
    "Your comment does not count because your country is poor or stupid".
