Also it's hard for some people to get to the countryside especially if they live in the inner city and don't have a car/much money for buses or trains. I really think cities should invest in more green spaces.
Your second point is fair enough. Running around in nature is definitely not easy or even possible for everyone. It's actually pretty silly that I said that in the first place, considering that I, as a wheelchair user, can't really do it myself.

Pro tip: you can totally drive to the countryside and run through a field if you want. Nobody will stop you.
