Is it normal i think this is all fake?

"The truman show" indeed. I've has the same feeling since my childhood. I suppose it's because I saw the movie when i was small.
When I was little it was more than a feeling- I KNEW it's not real. I remember testing it by asking weird questions to my parents and seeking for proof.
I even thought that when we would travel big distances in the car, we're not really moving- we're staying in the same place while the decores are changed, and the windows of the car are screens, projecting a false movement.

Wow I even think stumbeling upon your thread is part of this big scenario.

I think everyone feels this way sometimes but in reality it's pretty self-important, because if someone or something WAS watching, why would they be watching you instead of someone who is doing much more interesting and important things.

ive felt this way before just not that i was being watcched, sounds a litle paranoid
