Fuck no. There are already too many bottom feeding lawyers representing incredibly stupid people, in frivolous lawsuits; why add to the mess.
I don't think illegal aliens should be allowed to use the system; they don't contribute a damn thing to it. I certainly wouldn't want a court's time and money taken up by an animal's lawyer.
If, as in the case you cited, the animal's owner wishes, he can hire a lawyer to defend the dog. But at this point, I'm not quite sure how the court would hear the animal's "testimony". Could anyone even tell if it was lying on the stand?
Animals have no rights. Its not like saying sue McDonald for making you fat. I mean letting an animal live for protecting its owner from robbers and other law violators.
Instead of the dog saving someones life and immediately being killed for it. So you think a dog who saved someone is less than a serial killer or a rapist? That is nice to know.
Also this has nothing to do with lawsuits. That is a completely different case. Also I never said anything about illegal aliens. I said animals like cats and dogs you fucking idiot.
