You were mistreated. They should not favor student no matter how mentally retarded they are. Also your teacher should have sent the student away right after they threatened you. If a retarded person kills because they are mad does not excuse anything. Everyone should be held accountable for wrong actions. Not just the one who are higher functioning. Now if they some how perceived you a threat that is excusable.
Is it normal I think they add classes to deal with retarded people?
