Where I live, there are special education programs in both primary and high school. However, when the retards get to grade 10, they are integrated into some normal classes. I could never tolerate disabled people. All I can remember is how much of a nuisance they were. I am sure everyone who went to school with me would agree.
Is it normal I think they add classes to deal with retarded people?
