it's not suppose to be a joke the guy is just fukken sick of idiots misusing the emergancy service. who the fuk calls the cops on their kid. what does she expect him to do, tell the kid to go to their room? if the child was truley out of controll as she says then shooting would be the only option. the lady is most likely overreacting and need to learn to take care of her own shit...
