  • Your problem really shouldn't be whether people know you're miserable or not, it should be feeling miserable in the first place.

    You shouldn't feel ashamed for having feelings. And if you want people to believe that you're not miserable, then getting rid of your misery is way more effective than repression or hiding how you feel. I hope you get better, but you seriously need to focus on how you feel and think rather than how others do.
