The only way to know for certain is to ask her on a date. But if she is in high school I would wait until she's out. (unless she's 18) I'd just casually ask her how old she is and just make conversation.
I mean the actions you described her doing seems like she's just doing her job and being polite. It seems like you have feelings for her and say go for it.
