I married a guy that was unattractive because he was so nice. In the long run I realized no matter how long we were together I never started to find him attractive. I didn't want to sleep with him and eventually just couldn't stand him because his hygiene was so terrible. I realized I never loved him to begin with. I just knew he loved me and he was such a good guy I wanted to love him but couldn't. The person I was with before him I wasn't attracted to at first but the more I got to know him the better he looked and when I was in love with him I really was attracted to him. I wanted to sleep with him but with my husband I was just so unhappy that we ended up getting a divorce. I've only been in love 2 times. The guy I mentioned before is my oldest sons dad. He ended up being extremely abusive after becoming addicted to drugs so I left him. My husband now has always been attractive to me and I love him with all my heart.
Is it normal I think my husband is ugly?
