  • I have it on/off all the time, it used to make me really grouchy and depressed, but eventually I realised there's no point in stressing over no sleep because then you WILL get no sleep, just forgetting about everything will enable you to relax and you'll drift off naturally ^__^

    Also if you've been awake for a while I suggest either swapping ends of the bed or maybe a different room. A new environment used to help me a lot :)
