It's not really normal to feel that way, regardless of what happened to your step sister. It's actually quite offensive to think, just because they're guys and you are wearing yoga pants, they all desire you sexually and want to rape you (although I understand you can't help it).
As others have advised, it'd be good to discuss your feelings with someone, especially a professional.
