Touché. I guess my point is that I doubt how effective it would really be. For example, in china guns are banned, but that didn't stop a massacre which killed or injured 20 people recently when the attackers ran through a crowd weilding knives. I can agree that a certain level of censorship is a good idea though, in the case of bomb making and such.
I am not talking about guns. I am talking about giving someone the knowledge to kill. I never said anything about banning weaponry. Having a weapon does not mean you have the ability to use it or pull off a crime.
Is it normal I think certain HOW TO books should be illegal?

No it doesn't. Having a weapon doesn't mean you know how to properly use it. It also doesn't mean you know how to pull off a murder.
