No, IT IS THEIR FAULT AND THEIR RESPONSIBILITY!!!!!! Is every bad thing you do a "disease" now? I wasn't racist, but I used to hate another group of people, and that was a FLAW, a bad thing that I was, not a sickness I had!
If someone poked out their eyes or cut off their legs on purpose, they would be disabled and it would be their fault and responsibility. Also I never even mentioned disease. That you got thumbs up for your thoughtless comment makes me worry about people.
It's not inherently 'their fault' - people can be racist for many reasons, some of which are caused by factors the individual has no control over i.e. other people's fault.
For example, a black American slave of the 1700s may well harbour racist views against all white Americans based primarily on their negative experience of white people. Does that make their racism their fault?
IIN I think being racist could be considered a minor mental disability

In today's society, you can go to a school and shoot people, and be pardoned for being "mentally unstable".
If someone poked out their eyes or cut off their legs on purpose, they would be disabled and it would be their fault and responsibility. Also I never even mentioned disease. That you got thumbs up for your thoughtless comment makes me worry about people.
