Your brain associates those sounds with sex and/or pleasure, so it seems normal enough that you'd be aroused by them.
There's a book called A Billion Wicked Thoughts by some neuroscientists who did studies showing that straight men are aroused by the sight of penises (especially large ones) even though they'd never want to have sex with a man.
