You staying out since you hurt your knee is not you being lazy. The fact you are running on it at all shows you have determination. You should not run with an injury as that one. If you make it worse you might not be able to run for longer. Go get your legged check out before you aggravate your injury. I am sure the coach will not think any less of you. I am sure. Players get hurt sometimes. It does not mean they are bad. This type of thing happens.
