  • ummm, are you a government shill?

Panic attacks can happen to anyone at any time, there a number of reasons why they occur, or so they say...

The reason you're suffering from panic attacks is due to poor diet, in order to have a healthy state of mind your brains needs a number of B vitamins. Drinking alcohol, eating certain processed foods, drinking things with caffeine in them all contribute to the destruction of your bodies ability to absorb B-complex vitamins.

Its not the weed, the weed is enabling you to notice the problem that you have been ignoring for many years.

I was an anxiety attack sufferer, i quite by accident learned what was causing my attacks when I switched to a vegan diet consisting of 100% whole fruit and vegetables

    • So because the diet issue was the problem in your case, that must be the same thing causing anxiety for another person?? God...there are any number of things which can cause anxiety - childhood trauma, abuse, being attacked, genetic disposition, personality disorder etc. Really gets on my nerves how know-it-alls fling their opinions around. You're talking about someone else's life here dipshit.
