      Menstrual blood isn't infectious in fact most of it isn't even blood

      Let me rephrase myself: No. It's dirty and doesn't it smell? It'd be better for you to get clean sheets. If you have trouble doing this, talk to a loved one. It's a bad habit.

        She didn't say it's a habit, sounds like it only happened once and she just couldn't get the energy together to change the sheets
