Not really, most dogs that have "behavior" problems are because people caused those problems. And to sit back and say that people should mourn other people over animals is as ridiculous as your comparison to Muslim countries and their feelings towards "unclean" animals. Muslim countries exist on a tribal level meaning they literally kill one another over religious beliefs. Are you really trying to say that makes sense while blindly hating animals does?
