If you are serious, these may be signs of schizophrenia and for the first step I'd take several different online tests for schizophrenia to see if you are in the right ballpark. If the tests seem to suggest positive, you would be wise to follow up with a mental health professional. It's not anything negative, they can get you help if you need it.
