It seems as if you have nurtured a habit to the point that it may be harder to kill off.
Maybe, however, you're worrying about something which needs medical treatment.
My son, Samuel, the youngest of twins, has extreme excema covering his eyebrow, chin, neck, chest and back, and some on his arms. He's only five so we have to keep telling him to stop scratching, but perhaps you need to get checked out in case your 'habit' is actually physical, like excema.
