Is it normal I refuse to use ve,ver pronouns to refer to a woman?

    Those are new ones for me. Never heard them before.
    Sometimes I think people just make up new shit everyday just to be a douche bag.

    Maybe just refer to her a Douche Bag as in "Douche Bag is getting the box in the back for ornaments."

    Or add Fucking for "Fucking Douche Bag is getting the box in the back for ornaments."

        As "thing" is not a rude word, or insult and won't get you into trouble.
