Perfectly normal. I've been shaving my legs etc. since I was 12/13. I don't like body hair and find that most girls like it smooth whether they admit it at first or not.
And hey, if anyone has anything to say about it they're obviously checking you out. If it's a guy he should check his own sexuality if he's checking out your legs to the point of seeing that you shave them. And if it's a girl, she's checking you out!
I wouldn't worry about it, be free and enjoy your body while you have it. Bottom line; It looks hot and a trend that's catching on ..Like piercings etc.
