My eyes are aching just reading this poll.
My max time for wearing them is about eight hours, after that my eyeballs start to hurt.
Follow the manufacturers instructions, but I bet you'll have a little leeway even then because they probably want you to change them more often than necessary because they want you buy more = more profit for them.
Is it normal I rarely take my contacts out?
