Is it normal I puke up my food when I'm full just so I can eat more?

  • In addition to the damage already mentioned, purging can seriously affect your electrolytes. Electrolytes are what regulates your heartbeat and purging can result in a heart attack, at any age, at any point.

    Research: electrolyte imbalance purging.

Please see your GP and a counsellor to address any underlying problems you may have. Throwing up is addictive, you'll more than likely not be able to stop, you'll do it several times a day, every day. It will only get harder and harder to stop or reduce your purges. You'll end up eating more because you know that you can purge it up and then you'll be spending hundreds on food that will just go to waste.
