Is it normal I point out my own faults?

  • Strangely enough, I used to hate people like you in Junior High because I was not a very self confident person and it grossed me out that people could point out stuff like that about themselves and still have all their best friends around them. I was so insecure I didn't tell anybody things about my body, good or bad. I didn't even dare to say "boobs". I was a little jealous of people like you. I've done a complete 180 now, and I'm much more self confident and have friends that I don't have to preemptive strike on their insults. We're all just good friends. What I'm trying to say is that you won't always feel this way and don't always assume people will make fun of you, everyone will thank you for it. Not to mention that you'll feel better about yourself!
