Is it normal i pee when i cough or sneeze?

Sometimes when I sneeze or if I cough really hard, I trickle a little urine. Not a lot, but enough for there to be a tiny dark spot on my underwear.

Is It Normal?

    This is usually due to a incontinence issue...and, while there are pelvic exercises that may help...about your original question...yes, incontinence especially during coughing and sneezing is reasonably common (though most people don't have that issue)...

    I always shit myself when I sneeze - it can be quite a turn on - especially when on crowded public transport.

    I usually wear a garbage bag to bed.
