Is it normal i once got pain in my chest for no reason?

Only happened once that I can remember and went over by itself. I had pain that resembles icing in teeth pain over a larger area

    A random chest pain can be caused by many things. Don’t rely on this thread for a correct diagnosis. Go to Mayo Clinic or other online site with a symptom checker. Over my 70 years I have had many different types of pain in my chest but never a heart attack. Mine are mostly stress related, however, if it happens often or is severe go to the ER.

    It was a silent heart attack, ppl get them from time to time, no biggie👌.

    Precordial catch, I presume. I’ve had it roughly 3 times, I thought I was having a heart attack each time.

    yes it's normal. could have been just gas.
