I am sick of making myself feel like a fake for pretending that I care about their lives. I am sure most of them don't even care about mine neither. I really have to agree with you on the social media 'likes'. Most people care about those meaningless 'likes' that won't do shit to save them when they're in troubles. I've known my colleagues who got competitive for likes instead of actually just connecting with each other.
I feel like social medias are filled with lots of fake people showing their fake happiness in the pictures and status updates. I got into this conclusion because it turns me into one too back then. *Shudder*
