That reminds me of some old neighbors who hated my family and called the fire department on us because we were burning brush during a burn ban. It was a mist filled day and only a few days before the ban would be lifted.
And did you hear about the guy who was fined in Michigan (I think) for swearing in front of children? He fell out of his boat and there just happened to be children near by to hear his displeasure with himself. This was several years ago now.

Never heard about the Michigan thing though.
