Same here. My girlfriend is always asking why I am like this. I just like to feel clean to fall asleep and want to be fresh for going out. This person is doing too much with their shower. I do not understand why they need 30 minutes to shower and if they use a bar of soap for every shower?
I'm figuring it takes 30 minutes counting undressing, dressing, toweling off, the hands-on parts of doing the laundry created from showering and a few other incidentals that come with showering.
$5 total for the utility costs (water, hot water heater), soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, laundry expenses (detergent, bleach, electricity, water). It adds up.
Not to mention the environmental impact!!
This is disturbing that people are so blind to the true cost of showering. You're wasting your life and cash on such a worthless pursuit and you don't even realize it.
I do but I wear the same ones from one shower to the next, generally I change once to twice a week. Almost all of my clothing is multi-purpose, meaning I can wear it as pajamas as well as normal everyday clothing. I guess you could categorize it as "workout/sports" type clothing. I have a pair of jeans that I throw on sometimes if I have to dress up.
Is it normal I need a good enough reason to shower?

I can't go to bed without a shower and I can't leave my house without one either.

This means you also don't wear clothes either, right?

You actually wear pajamas?
So how often do you really shower?
