Is it normal i made friends on a dating website?

I’m a farmer and I was on tinder... there were other farmers there and I added people on snapchat then it fizzled out... I am with someone now and happy
But is it normal I still have 4 or 5 people I keep in touch with as friends because we have the same profession? Most of them are taken and I only see them as friends even though I haven’t met them.

Is It Normal?

    I don't think "internet" means friends. You should meet them first. But if you're being open with them about what you're looking for, then he'll yeah, brother.

    Yeah, this is normal. I know some dating apps/sites have settings to only find friends, not someone to date, so it makes sense to just wanna keep in touch with friendly people with similar professions.

    Not normal how you met them but now that they are friends of yours, what should you care? After the first sentence I thought this would be some hell’a weird shit though haha. It's fine though don't worry about it mate.
