You have to weigh the pros and cons. Pros to not speaking to your sister:
- She can't deceive you or hurt you.
- You don't have to put anymore effort into your relationship with her.
- You get revenge by cutting her off.
Cons:
- You lose the only family you have left.
- You lose hope of ever being close to her again.
- You miss her initially.
- You hurt her if she still cares about you even the tiniest bit.
