Well about how long have you turned into this shy, unapproachable person? If you're still in school, which you probably are, have you changed teachers? Is it a certain class you're afraid to speak or all of them? You might just feel pressured, or your teacher may be a little hard on you. Maybe it's not the best school. I'm not saying you should move, but try spending a day trying to pay attention to the times you can't speak, and you may get a hint of why you feel this way. Your school may not be making you feel comfortable. And as for the boy, you might just feel strange or shy because he's not a close friend. The only advice I have on that is, be confident. He's not trying to hurt you. He may even like you as a friend or even more! But you won't know this until you give him a chance. Best of luck to ye! :))
