Yes, I know it's not easy having to deal with rude customers. I hated having to deal with people who complained for no reason. But because I have actually worked in customer service myself - at a cafe where I had to walk around all day and keep on smiling - I know what is a valid complaint and what isn't. I'm so angry these people at that lab could afford to be so grumpy towards me when I had to smile all day at my job. Where do you work anyway?
