  • I hope all is well today with you. Thanks for responding to my questions regarding the complaint you made. It makes more sense with your added comments.

    For one, you are right to complain if you feel you paid for services and the customer service was not to your liking, and also you are justifed to complain if you feel the staff wasted your time. Your time is valuable too!

    Over the years, I have personally learned, it is always best to complain to the right person in the chain of command and always be specific as to what you would recommend be done differently if real change is what you seek.

    If you had a bad customer service experience there are no shortage of Customer Service Websites to add your review online. Personally, I would just never go there again and find another clinic. Remember you pay for services, so you can choose. You are in charge even if you use an insurance company for some of the payment.
