No, sometimes people dont have the energy to be happy enough to take care of everyone and their problems. Sometime they just want a break. have you ever had a job?
Of course I have had a job and there I would never have gotten away with slacking. That's partly why was so angry that I made a complaint. In my job I had to small at every single customer. My face hurt everyday from all the smiling. I know very well that working in customer service is very stressful. But according to your strange concept of logic everyone has the right to deliver shit service and get paid for it. This is simply not the case. A lot of people have shit days but still have to keep up smiling at customers.
I work with custommer sercive and I take a lot of pride in my job. if you worked there, I would believe you would have a different view of things. It's a MEDICAL facility. of course your gonna have to wait. I can agree that it might not look professional but you dont even know if they can do anything about the situation. Have you actually asked them about it?
Yes, I know it's not easy having to deal with rude customers. I hated having to deal with people who complained for no reason. But because I have actually worked in customer service myself - at a cafe where I had to walk around all day and keep on smiling - I know what is a valid complaint and what isn't. I'm so angry these people at that lab could afford to be so grumpy towards me when I had to smile all day at my job. Where do you work anyway?
Is it normal I'm this happy after having made a complaint
