I don't agree with you that I should only have complained if my health had been affected. Of course I know that many people's health is affected by doctors acting unprofessionally, and that I'm lucky that that at least has never happened to me. However, I have had so many negative experiences with rude medical staff in the past that I've just gotten so sick of their idiotic and/or rude behaviour that I decided to complain this time. Doctors' visits cost me money so I have the right to expect staff who know what they are doing. Besides, if people doing the same jobs in a different city can get their act together why can't these people? I think people don't complain enough when they have the right to do so as it is.
