    sometimes behaving professionally is a matter of opinion. not everyone has the same personality.

      Behaving professionally includes explaining to clients what they are supposed to do properly, and treating them with respect. The staff at the lab failed at both of these criteria. Therefore they wasted my time and caused me stress.
