From most of the businesses I have worked in nobody can be arsed with a person who complains. I remember a few years ago some old bitch was trying to complain about a member of staff at a supermarket I worked in and she wanted to speak with the manager so I went and found him and he told me to tell the woman to get fucked, the guy was an absolute hero.
