If you actually could read, you would notice she/he criticized those who were against it because it was 'disgusting', which I am afraid dear sir/madam is an opinion. Not a fact, nor a rational argument against it.
Your argument against it, is indeed one that is used often. But, I believe to be open minded you need to see both sides and not stick stubbornly to one side or get too influenced by your own emotions.
Is it normal I'm that open-minded?
