Is it normal i'm starting to wonder about this?

I drink a lot of wine. I also drink other drinks but I drink wine the most. A couple of months ago I had a dream I had grapes tatted on my right arm. You know, wine comes from grapes, and so on. I have a feeling this has something to do with my wine drinking. Do you think so? Is this normal?

    Wondering about symbols in dreams and drawing connections to your life is pretty normal but it would probably be better to worry about showing medical symptoms of drinking a bit too much wine/ possible alcoholism than to start over-analysing dreams.
