its definetly a simple psychological problem more than anything else. if youre in college take good advantage of those free counselling services. and try not to look at things you think are ugly, just find things you like. it might be hard, but start making a list or something and remind yourself all the time of what you like.
also, maybe go out and find some stylish clothes you feel really good in, that always helps. and (if youre white xD) buy some tanning moisturizer! god knows hot staying inside has made your skin look!
last but not least, of you dont eat healthy now, you must. a healthy diet improves the way you feel AND look. it could help your bald spot too.
