Yes it is normal. Dogs do all kinds of things with there mouths such as. Licking there dog balls (lol) and Eating shit off the ground. And yes its very unhealthy to have dogs do this to you because the leftover bacteria is still on there toung so one you kiss your dog and it kisses you back you have dog shit and dog ball taste all over your lips. And OMG I hate it when people let there dogs lick the inside of there mouths like WTF GERMS!!!!
