It is dangerous. Ever notice how dogs need worming tablets but humans do not take worming tablets? This is because dogs will eat uncooked meat + rodents they come across, the kind of meat that can have parasites throughout it.
Hence these humans should probably start taking worming medication if they are kissing their dog on the mouth. However not all parasites are cured by this, they will likely gather quite a few parasitic worms throughout their system which could take years off their life and seriously harm their quality of life.
It is actually quite dangerous to kiss a dog. Pets are fine but people need to practice some basic hygiene.
